Exciting news from SBPRA, from the BEA14 Expo!
36 BEA14 Titles Selected for the IB PYP Collection
Congratulations to the below BEA 2014 Authors!
As a result of participating in BEA14, 36 additional titles from the BEA14 show catalog have been selected for inclusion in an individual deal as a result of their participation in the show.
This is for the IB PYP collection of titles and our newest venture “The IB Library” via STUDYeBUDDY. These 36 titles have been chosen because they match the IB criteria.
So what is The IB Library, and what makes this IB PYP collection so unique?
IB PYP stands for “International Baccalaureate Organization Primary Years Programme”. The International Baccalaureate® (IB) was founded in Geneva, Switzerland in 1968 as a non-profit educational foundation.
There are currently more than 1,181,000 IB students at 3,776 schools in 147 countries. This curriculum, taught in grades Pre-K through 5 or roughly the ages 3-11, encourages students across the world to become internationally minded, active, compassionate and lifelong learners who strive to understand other people and their cultures. Everything has a global perspective.
The curriculum is driven by student questions and all lessons and activities are inquiry based. For more information please visit The IB Library’s website.
