Similar to A Penny for Your Thoughts, this book is a compilation of poetry written through the years in an attempt to put feelings into words. As a former teacher, many of them were used to help counsel troubled teens and friends. The variety of lyrical poetry forms include free verse, blank verse, haiku, and sonnets
