Another lively story told in fun, rhyming verse, this book is as beautifully illustrated as the others in Cannon’s library of feel-good and lesson-teaching stories. “David’s ADHD” helps educate young readers on what ADHD is and how it affects children who have it, as well as those who spend time with ADHD children. As David goes through the challenges of daily life and tries to stay focused, readers will better understand the struggle and will also be able to empathize better with children who have ADHD. All in all, another one of Cannon’s delightful books that teaches children valuable life lessons!
