In “The Golden Rule”, award-winning author Sherrill Cannon penned yet another delightful book that is bound to entertain children while it also imparts an important message about social interaction. While utilizing a lovely rhyming scheme, Ms. Cannon imprints on young minds the principle of treating others as they would like to be treated themselves. Ms. Cannon provides many examples of how to apply the “Golden Rule” and touches on principal values including sharing, consideration, anti-bullying and the concept of paying it forward. Highly recommended.
